availibility for canadian education

hello,i have completed 3 year diploma in computer engineering on the basis of 10th because i have failed in 12th, but today i have completed diploma and i got 12th equevelency certificate and recognize as 12th pass , so can i able to study in canada on the basis of 3 year diploma. please reply

You can study in Canada, you need to get accepted at a school. So research colleges and where you want to go. Getting a study permit will be more difficult with your poor academic performance.

I just fail 12th years ago now i am not i have certificate and i got 8.60 CGPA I think it's not poor performance i think
