Hello in section about available fund for my study in 1294e should I just write the amount of bank savings or can I calculate my home's value in Cad$ ?

Better to get it certified by a CA. CA might ask valuation from an engineer. This way its much more believable by the VO

In the available funds, you need to mention the exact closing amount in the bank statement that you have attached.

Actually you have to mention almost all your wealth. Plus any fees paid, account opened in Canada and loan etc. Gather this information from the internet and youtube videos etc.
