i don't understand people like you, and i don't mean to be sarcastic.
but, if you aren't finding value in a thread, just leave it alone. i see at least a couple "is ielts score eligible" threads in this section every week. there is one right now!
to you and me it may be obvious, but some people need other people's confirmation.
Sorry in getting you mad, not my intention, but, Wouldn't be easy to tell the people the plain and simple thing: "you need a minimum score of 5,4,5,5 for noc B or 6,6,6,6 for noc A, or you are not elegible"?
My comment is because some people still looking to average, overall or formulas when are not necessary. It will be awesome for those applying trough FSW where some combination will be done.
Other than that, congratulations in your good will on helping others! use whatever tools you can think about, because you are free to do so, I just try to keep the things as simple as they are, CEC is a pass or fail program, you get the score or you don't, no formulas needed.

You see, people are still looking at the average results, so people don't know how to check
for eligibility in CEC class.
That's why some people 'need' that converter. Or it'd be more convenient for them, and us, as
we don't get those posts all the time then. And they could check their results on their own.
