Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you guys know we sent our ARC april 1st and got PPR today! We are so excited to finally be together and i hope you will all be with your families soon as well.
My visa office was in mexico city if it helps anyone.

Can you please let me know how you prepared the ARC letter , any sample or guidelines will be much appreciated .

But we bascilly started by telling my husband story when he got to canada, dates concerning his refugee process why he didnt leave and apologizing. After we explained how we meet and why he should be given the right to return. (kids, wife are canadian and would be hard to adjust to life in el salvador and our kids have better opportunities here.) Also our future plans and goals. Thats pretty much in general what we dicuss so its your story. But the sample helps if you are not sure how to start the letter or the format to use.

Anyone knows that is sponsor addressee appears on the copy of permanent resident document for landing. My sponsor(husband) addressee is changed should I inform immigration officer as they asked in letter requested for PPR to inform any changes in circumstances to LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca but at Ecas it always showed my(applicant) addressee.

Yeah you should let them know on any adress changes before your ppr . You just need to send them case specific enquiry.normally they are going to ask you which adress your pr card goes on port of entry . I hope it helps .

I've noticed you order your notes. Did you happen to see if security and background checks were done before the arc?
It's been 3 months and still no passport request. Just trying to figure out what's delaying things?
Any advice would be great.

Hi, they do backround checks before ARC request and they hide the information about security because of safety. I think they share information with other countries.so for ARC they just wait for security pass . And are you eligible for ARC conditions . Back log in VO is a problem too or your past with cic . Better to contact your MP or order your notes every 2 months if you didnt order it .My due date on it was correct they sent ppr before may 12 . I hope all these helps . Cant wait to see you guys comment here I got ppr

Anyone knows what does it mean Criminality in progress? Even though they received my PCC 4 months ago and this is what it says in my notes when I received it few days ago.

Aslo if the ARC is approved, Do they confirm it to the applicant? Or they send PPR which means ARC was approved?

Next week will be 3 months since my redone medical. If I don't hear anything I'll fosurely get the Mp involved.

Hello all, I was on this forum for several months now, but I have never post anything here. But here is my timeline. My visa office is Jamaica. Am posting this because there is hope in every situation, because God can make a way for you. I applied for refugee protection in Canada in 2011. It was denied, I appeal it, that process was denied, I applied for the pre removal assessment, that was also denied. I didn't give up. So in Dec 2014 i applied for humanitarian and compassionate ground. Even though I had that application in I was deported March 28 2015. I still didnot lose hope, I continue to trust in the almighty. April 30th 2015 exactly 1 month two days.I received a called that my humanatarian application was approved. This was the happiest day of my life. I received email in June 2015 instructing me to do medicals and arc. But I had already applied for arc May 15th 2015. Today one week before one year I received a called from the embassy, saying that my ARC is approved. They instruct me to send a returned envelope from DHL or federal express. So they can send me the authorization to return. It was a long process but at the end there is Joy. Dont you never give up. Keep pressing until you win!!! God is good!!!!

Hello mates ,

anyone was asked for an RCMP Police certificate for an outland PA who's living outside of Canada ?

MXVO requested one , RCMP wants fingerprints submitted electronically , should I Use the same PGR fingerprints copy from Mexico and then go through an authorized agency here in Toronto ? I mean will they accept a copy of fingerprints documents ? I don't even know how fingerprints originals looks like ? inky I guess ! maybe not .
