I will be applying for my spouse visa this year. But i don;t care about time because my wife lives with me in India.

I think usually it takes 2 to 3 years for removed person and ACR just 2 months.

if anyone already filed case then should share experience.

when did they ask for ARC.. ok ur timeline shows they asked first for medical and then for ARC... , right ?

yeah they asked for our medical and police certificates in august,

and they asked for our arc in end of sept I believe, but we didn't send it until October 19.
so we have been waitin for the answer since than, but also after they received our arc they asked for an rcmp clearance so that was another 2-3 month delay just for that police clearance to get processed at the embassy.

but most of the arcs that go through mexico city are about 2 months or less. unles there is something wrong or some sort of delay like extra police check ect.

how did u send the RCMP. Is it required for removed People ??
