bagelbagel81, what happened with your application? I see additional documents were requested, did you hear back from them already? Are you in with a grin once you submit that form? Congrats!

hey dawndarkharp, I sent my additional forms last Wed, but haven't heard anything yet. I think they are still processing my application, so not sure if that is the last step of the second stage before PPR, or the first step of the second stage. It makes me curious to know whether they actually received the additional documents I initially sent after stage 1 approval, or whether they got lost along the way.
Either way I think I only received correspondence because that form was incorrect or was missing, it's not really pre-approval- but who knows how they work! In any case if they work in order of applications received, it means they are working on all the other July applicants, so fingers crossed everyone hears something soon!

Hey guys,
So I just checked e-cas and my status has changed to in process - starting processing on december 3rd. Woohoo!!

Me too! I'm hoping it will at least come before Christmas. I think the VOs work really hard before the holidays, and it seems they're getting to July applications. So I'm really holding out hope :)

Dawndarkharp - you should check your E-Cas as mine like rachiy's has changed to IN PROCESS (4th Dec).

I have a feeling all us Sydney folk in July will be hearing good news soon!

ours has also changed to "in process" as of december 4th !!! definitely moving july along nicely!

Great to see that (Rachiy, Figgy and Bagel) you guys have been changed to in process.

I just checked ours, no luck yet but they have changed our address on ECAS to the new one. So I will keep my fingers crossed for some good news soon.

Congrats everyone! Some good news/progress before the holidays :)

Hi all,

Just received my PPR by email today. Looks the same as everyone else's but no mention of being able to send in a scanned copy of the passport. Just original or photocopies via mail.

Oh, and for what it's worth, my app went to "in process" on Dec 3 too.

Hi Rachiy,

Our application also went to In Process on 5 December. We were asked for the RPRF fee and appendix B as additional docs.

Cheers,
