1. Yes, Canadian can work in US just as US citizen but it takes time to become Canadian. People went to Canada so they can have back door to USA.

2. Canada probably is much better than Australia, there are plenty of jobs in Canada and it is much easier to have a decent life in Canada than in Australia. Cost of living is also much cheaper in Canada and Canada is close to USA which is the best country to live and work in

Every country has its pros and cons hence it is entirely up to you which country u would like to immigrate to and which best suits ur personal situation. Its more of a personal choice, which no once can take for you.

once you become a citizen of Canada (which could take up to 5-6 yrs after becoming a PR) then yes you could work in USA but would need a work visa and you would not have all the rights as a US citizen!

This information is 100% incorrect. Canadians CANNOT work in the US just as US citizens. Canadian citizens and Canadian PRs need a visa to work in the US just like anyone else.

to be able to work in the US, the employer in States has to agree to sponsor you . Usually, they have to prove they couldn't find an American for the job.

It's always been this way. It's not a new rule. Canada and the US are two completely different countries. People from one of these countries cannot work or live in the other country without the right visas.
