why the proccess to reunite,have a family in Canada is so difficult

Why other countries like Australia,USA and Europe allow the family to live together meanwhile you get your documents?

Why we must wait 25,32,6,5 months without any news to get a decision?

and when you apply to a visa to meet your inlaw famillyor to go to mother in law funeral ...a agent said Ohh lady the death lady was not your mother so you dont need to be or share time with your new family!!!!!or well feel free to apply again to spare 75 CAD when you want!!!!all could be possible!!!!

Why they said every case is different, and communication between embassies and CCI will be so slow and that can affect the poccess time...but dont worry you love your hubby until the end of your life so you can wait 25 MONTHS WITHOUT HIM...or well in some embassies they dont have a lot of staff so the proccess is so slow...

And the only thing that We must to do as an Applicant is to wait, wait and spent money applying in visitors visa that we never will get...

We are no allow to make a manifestation because we are afraid to get bad result in our application.

And CANADA has a dual moral¨come to live here,we are in pro of reunite family, we need youngg people,we are multi culture country¨ and make thousend of ferias to motive the people to live in Canada..!!!!!!

Yes its a great county with a high quality of life,amaizing people I know there are a ilegal person doing bad things there...Im so sorry it was not my fault the only thing that we want is to have a FAMILY!!!!!!

It's a good thing to vent frustrations, but Immigration processes are diferent in a lot of countries. It is what it is in my opinion and at least Canada allows now Inland and Outland spousal sponsorships, something that didn't exist in 2001.

Yes great advance and people (working) who were waiting from 2007 and more year Canada inmigraation department said well we are going to return your application we did no do anything with that...so thanks apply again!!! great advance does it?

Its not much faster elsewhere. My dad lived 25 years on a year to year visa before he was able to get permanent residency in Germany. Laws have changed a lot and things are more complicated than years ago but if we do our homework and we are honest, we will achieve our goals. «Do not see waiting times as a hardship, see it as a reason to remember hard times and cherish your relationship. Hi thanks for your positive message!!!like I said every proccess its different some easy other difficults I understand...But its hard to think that your future depends on burrocracy or other people...Because some applicants must to stop their goals,to have babies or to have a family because they cannot share time with their families,they lost a lot of birthdays,aniversaries,christmas etc etc because they are not together.Its not my case but what can think the peoplewho were waiting from 2007 to get an answer and the only answer they got is here your application...apply again! thanks...

oooh honey don't compare spousal with skill worker applicants....it's different thing; all the life on hold things r related to spousal....yes u need to put ur plans aside until u r reunited...

but for skill worker it's different...noone is separated from anyone....usually ppl apply individual or as family and they get on with their lives....if the Canadian dream is meant to come true it will, so slowly every year they know they passed a new stage and maybe when they get the paper to do the medicals then they actually start to believe that the Canadian dream might come true...me and my family waited 5 years to b processed and for sure we r not upset, we just continued our lives and one day we moved to Canada....and if u compare like this from my opinion Canada was the best place from all u mentioned and still is; when ur wait will finish and it will u'll see good luck!!

no maybe i formulated wrong....5 years took for my parents and me (i was a child) to go to canada in skilled worker class....we were not separated, we were waiting together....that's why i said that even if it's long for that class it does not consume u since u go on with ur life while they process....

the only way to get an inmediatly answer from any Canadian way its if you withdraw-cancel the application if you do that they contact you so FAST

Everyday Im convincing myself There arent any goverments(comunism and capitalism world) to care about people...
and we dont do anything to avoid them...Goverments are public employees to serve us so why we dont request them doing their job.
The burocracy and the corrupcion make them to pay with us...
we need more participation and union
