Does IRCC accepts the Digital copy for the Australian Police Certificate or they need the original copy scanned?

when I applied, I didn’t select the option to have it mailed to me.

AFP sends a copy, last time I heard they send hard copy to your place even international.
Queensland and Victoria sends soft copy.
