Australia PCC help needed

Hi Guys,

Need urgent help for Australia PCC,
i was in Australia in 2010 for 7 months, for that i need PCC .
I applied online and submitted my Bank statement , passport copy , and tax assessment .
Now i received reply from them that they can't accept tax assessment which is older than 2 years.
they gave me multiple options for secondary documents , but i don't have any .
Only one option is looks feasible is "Document issue outside Australia (Equivalent to Australian Document)" , so what all are document can be used to fulfill this?

I used my passport (70 points) + Alberta license {name & signature} (25 points) +CIBC bank statements {name & address} (25 points) to get above the 100 points of ID they require.
Keep in mind the secondary documents have specifications of either name & signature or name & address.

Do you have a combination of the below that will give you the extra points?

25 Points

Must have name and signature on:
Marriage Certificate (for maiden name only)
Credit Card
Foreign Driver Licence
Medicare Card (signature not required on Medicare Card)
Membership to a Registered Club
NRMA Membership
EFTPOS Card
Must have name and address on:
Electoral roll compiled by the Australian Electoral Commission and available for public scrutiny
Records of a public utility - phone, water, gas or electricity bill
Records of a financial institution
A record held under a law other than a law relating to land titles
Lease/rent agreement
Rent receipt from a licensed real estate agent
Must have name and date of birth on:
Record of a primary, secondary or tertiary educational institution attended by the applicant within the last 10 years
Record of professional or trade association of which the applicant is a member

Yes those are acceptable documents. Even you could provide gov issued health card.
