Anyone applied for visitor visa in August and got any response.
I am waiting and its been more than a month now, nothing yet.

I also submitted on 20Aug and biometric done 23 aug and after that no update,,,still waiting for result . I had applied online application from New Delhi.

Applied on 8th August from Abu dhabi. Still stuck at review of eligibility and background checking.

In my case, I have applied with my wife thru online from New delhi, India.
But on my wife current status show = ACtion require and on my Name = Submitted...

after 23rd Aug no reply receive till now... waiting for result

Hello Every one after biometric, I didnt receive correspondence letter but my wife received her correspondence/Acknowledgement letter .. My biometric done on 23 Aug after that no reply ... when i checked online cic status .. it shows in front of my name =Submitted and whereas in front of my wife = Action Require.... dont able to understand , why i didnt receive correspondent letter...and why its getting delay .. it almost one month.. please, share your ideas and reason... please.

Check carefully you probably need to do something for your wifes application like submit extra docs or something. Click through on the application.

Also visas can take way longer than one month.

We submitted application on 8th Aug and today we got the correspondence letter.

Yes, I checked after biometric done on 23 aug... on 27 aug CIC they request for my wife passport again for uploading,, So, I uploaded on 29 Aug (They had given me 10 days time from 27 aug to 6 sep for uploading) ..

I had uploaded my wife passport which the request for uploading on 29th but after that no reply and onl;ine status is remain the same like before they request for passport...

No after uploaded no reply, no status change and no result till now...

What is the reason ? and what should I do ?

I am the main Applicant because I received a Invitation letter from my relative and my wife as spouse ..

i have applied on 7 Aug from inside canada and didn’t receive anything. did you received?? and from where u applied?
