My E_ Case 1st medical received
Not get in process
Not get remidical
And what is ur status ?

I am a august 19 -2013 Spouse Applicant ...

My Medical was sent along with the application to cic on 15 jun 2013 .

my E case status is still (Application received ) and under the application written is

1.We received your application for permanent residence on August 19, 2013.

2.Medical results have been received.

they requested 2nd medical which was done in august but did not hear any thing back after that......

I would suggest apply guns notes.only then u can know whether your case is assigned to visa officer or not.

i applied in sep 2013.. everything is done.. sent passport about 50 days ago no sign still.. they said its gona take 2 weeks to return the passport.. nothing as of ritenow..

My husband I also have a interview in March......
They asked him for remedical. it usually come with the interview letter.

guess we got the similar case got interview email for March but despite of 2 email inquiries did not get remedical which BTW was mentioned in interview letter that it was included but did not get it so far>>>>
