Good Day Forumnites, please does it have any significant implications if my wife and i does our medical screening in different hospitals. I did mine a few weeks ago, but cos of time and convenience she wants to do hers on Saturday in a different hospital from where i did mine.

If any implications, please guide.

Nothing to wory about using different hospitals as long as it is among the listed physicians. I did mine in Lagos and family di theirs in Europe many mny days after during a scheduled holiday trip and it was indeed processed.

My wife passport has not expired but it has the maiden name, when it was stamped and there are still free leaflets but I want to apply for a change of name which means a new passport.
concern:
i Will they join another passport to it or what?
ii. Will the old passport with the stamp be affected?
iii. Will it retain the same passport number.?
iv. Any implication at landing?
v. Is it advisable to change it before leave to canada

Hello Ojoalex, yes N3M is more than suffficient for proof of funds for a family of 3. Please refer to the link below for guidance

From the table a family of 3 requires $ 17011 (Canadian Dollars). Using a black market rate of N174/USD will give you figures in the neighbourhood of N2.96M which is stil less than the N3M (also note that USD is higher than Canadian Dollar). A family of 3 is 'over covered' with N3M.

In addition to the webpage on the fund, I have always used Universal Full Currency Converter for this. Going by this, you will require #2,494,970.71 for CAD($)17,011 family of three. You are very much in order.

Hi Abie, we did our IME about 3 days after yours & it reflected on e-cas about a week or two after.

My advice is that you contact the panel physician you worked with to confirm the family's file has been sent to France (Its meant to be done electronically, thus shouldn't take time)

In the mean time, do confirm that you haven't gotten any mails (Inbox & Spam) from AVO.

Yes mine was updated two weeks after we did the medical examinations.
