August PNP still waiting for RPRF

Hello, I saw someone who submitted Sep has already got RPRF. My application reached CIO on August 29 2014 and I got my FN on Nov 5 2014, however, did not hear any news for my application. Is this normal? Thanks.

Hi, we are in the same boat. My application reached CIC August 18 last year and MER on Nov 7. Additional docs and PCCs submitted in March this year as per instruction from VO. Until now, no news, no update!! Really stressful!!
