What exactly did the person tell you? The lady told me that my case was "Completed". I asked her if it's approved, her answer was very vague. But at the end she said, if it's not approved I wouldn't have said it's completed. And she said I will receive a letter to tell me how to proceed to next step, but she doesn't know when. I assume she meant the passport request email...

For me the lady said, it's being approved.. congrats bla bla.
I think they can't approved, because it's something the officer will say on our account. You know it varies from agent to agent.
Yes, she told me the same, I will receive the letter, when not sure. That's the PPR she was talking about.

FYI guys, if you see "updated" and your BGC status shows "IP2" wording..it most likely means you have been approved. I experienced the same. PPR email should come couple of days after! Congrats to all of you!!! Quick tip, once you get your PPR, send your passports asap as they are getting overwhelmed and approval time is taking longer.
Not necessarily. Two or three other people including myself on this thread have received the same update on our profiles and have been told our applications have been approved. However, the agents advised us that the email with further instructions i.e. PPR will take a few weeks to be sent out to us but we should keep checking our emails. In my case, while on the phone with an agent he questioned a senior agent based on the notes on my app and he said it will be about 3-4 weeks.
BUT! we'll see what happens tomorrow...

Hopefully mine will get approved too as i'm sitting on IP2 since Nov 18th.
Did you get to ask them why there is no email yet?

My status changed to NA after IP2. Does it normal? I have seen people directly get PPR after IP2 stage. Any advice?

I got the ghost update on CIC, the reason I didn't get any because it was their internal movement.
Once you notice something under the cic row showing update, but see nothing inside then you better call CIC to know what's happening.
She said the email will come soon, might take a while. So, not sure when.
