Thanks! 1 primary applicant, travel history quite extensive but no risk countries, one reference letter was w/o job duties but I provided a separate one covering duties form my former boss, who also doesn't work at this company anymore.Congratulations Man!
Yours is the quickest. Can you please share some other details like number of dependents, extent of travel history, whether reference letter provided directly by employer or obtained from colleagues/supervisor, etc.

What do you mean? Don't really understand your question. Who is the "They" you are refering to?Do they ask for ECA and IELTS results? I don't remember any section asking for those.
