normally, initial screening muna tapos final interview.if you get lucky, may job offer ka agad, ung sa akin inabot ng 2 months bago ako nagkaroon ng offer from an employer, ung ibang kakilala ko 1 mo lng.

good luck ha!

Sorry late reply. Scotiabank has a StartRight program for new immigrants, students and foreign temporary workers. The catch is it should be a new vehicle, you need to pay at least 25% down payment and you can buy only with these dealerships: Chrysler, General Motors, Hyundai, Jaguar/Land Rover, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Volvo. Here's the link:

http://www.scotiabank.com/ca/en/0,,5208,00.html

I'll getting may new car on Monday. Yipee! I sold my car in the Philippines to pay for the down payment needed. You also need a valid Canadian driver's license. Here in Ontario, the insurance is quite high compared to other Canadian provinces. I got the the cheapest insurance possible because I submitted a driver's abstract from LTO to the Ministry of Transport - Ontario. They accredited my 13 years of experience in the Philippines thus getting a full G Ontario's license that usually will take a 1 year to get - if you have a valid Philippine license. I got it immediately after my road test and now can drive with a certain amount of alcohol level (not really enthusiastic about that).

right on the hook pare... I'm planning to get a drivers license soon but i dont have much ideas on how to get it. If i got my lto certification which is significant right? Then thats the time for me to go further share mo na lang din pare pano kumuha ng cad drivers license.

Im planning to get a car also but not the brand new one is it a right choice? hehe.. salamat pare.
