I sent an inquiry on 17th dec and they replied me this. Can you make anything out of it??

its crazy.. you are more than their processing time frame already.. its been so long.. i think i your case its like a bit complicated they might still doing back ground checking, profile checking etc etc.. can you refresh me again, whats your NOC or work applied? are you single or applied/will travel alone or with wife and kids?
