Hi.

First you have to go to the Philippine Consulate to get an NBI Form. THen you have to go to CID (Al Qiyadah metro station) so that they will take your fingerprints. In 2 to 3 days, you will get back your NBI form from CID. Then you will have to send this form to NBI Philippines and they will process it for a week i think then they will send the NBI Clearance back to you here in Dubai. There is a procedure guide at www.nbi.gov.ph, you can check it.

but is better for you to send it to your relatives in philippines they can do it to you.

i have been reeading the post on this forum from past few days, i want to thank all of you for the information u guys are sharing about visas.
i m extremely glad to inform you that i have got my work permit visa stamped on my passport today, also my wife has got OWP and my chaild has got TRV stamped on their PP.
please note down my timeline:

Complete application alongwith passports, certificates, LMO etc sent to Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi on 26th Sept 2012 thru Armex.
Got receipt SMS on 27th Sept 2012.
Received Visa Stamped on PP on 08th Nov. 2012.

The NOC is the code of your job title it is 4 digits number
