AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER 2012 VISA APPLICATION IN ABU DHABI.. PLEASE JOIN THIS TOPIC

got my visa stamped yesterday delivered by aramex below timeline might be helpfull for all of you guys

i was hired directly with the help of my cousin and no agency involve

18 Apr 2012 : Interview from canadian employer phone interview
01 May 2012 : employment contract received from employer in canada through email
14 June 2012 : LMO received - 14 June 2012
05 July 2012 : Documents submitted to CIC Abu Dhabi including Police Clearance Certificate issued by Dubai Police, Police Clearance Certificate issued by National Bureau of Investigation Philippines, Prof of current employment and training certificates
LMO, Signed Contract, Passport size pics, Payment for work permit application & Passport copy all pages
16 Sep 2012 : CIC email recieved requesting original passport
23 Sep 2012 : Passport sent through aramex
24 Sep 2012 : Notifiaction from aramex site saying CIC recieved the parcel containg my passport
13 Oct 2012 : Recieved a call from aramex delivery parcel containing my passport with visa on it including letter stating that your "application to work in canada has been approved. You may now travel to Canada".

I had been reading this tread for couple of month and the only suggestion that i can give is that once youve got a notifiaction from them requesting you passport i woud suggest that you drop your passport in person to collect it at the same

And always be thankfull to the up above and keep praying

i have exactly the same time.
But in my case I sent them police clearance and passport on 23 sep and still waiting.
By the way I did a mistake that did not send airway bill so have to go there In person

Hoping to hear soon as wait is really killing me

congratulations! hoping all guys in this forum whos got their visa stamp on their passport should update/share their experiences and time lines because it gives us (whos still waiting) a hope and excitement.

YoBoy: I think you really have to go there, u mean u don't have return airway bill?? just print the mail and bring ur invoice from aramex, i'm sure u will receive it in the afternoon... no need to wait further... Goodluck...

give me a reply. "We acknowledge receipt of your email to the Immigration Section of the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Please click this link to determine when you can expect a detailed response, if a response is warranted:".....
Does anyone receive the same email? Thank you so much....

thats automated reply everyone is getting after sending an inquiry online it was just to acknowledge the reciept, in a few day the will reply again and would tell you the status of your application [eg; under process, in process, pending for back ground check, finalizing shortly, etc etc...]
