Worrying like this is the opposite of chilling.
Not every difference in timeline is due to someone doing something wrong, something happening, etc. Especially if it's still WELL within the regular timeline. Some is just random, minor differences, different office, etc. And of course not everyone in your timeline has comparable everything.
By definition, not all files are processed faster than average.
And on top of that, ordering GCMS notes at this point is not likely to reveal much (as far as I can tell it rarely does, but can be worthwhile if there are identified reasons).
Conclusion: if you want to drive yourself crazy for no reason and to little purpose, have at it. Otherwise - chill. Give it at least another 6-8 weeks before going mental. Better still another 3-4 months.
