Hi, I have question
My wife got her pr under spousal sponsorship as i was Canadian citizen at that moment.
She never submitted her ielts for permanent residence application under spousal sponsorship ,but she had given ielts general exam in the past in 2019 and we have scanned copy of it.
Does she needs to give ielts exam for her citizenship application again or we can use the old ielts certificate( i dont see any expiry date requirement on cic web)
Please help as we want to be sure before sending the application.

General IELTS is accepted even if it is expired
Normally the IELTS is valid for 2 years only but in the citizenship it doesn't matter when was done
so yes you can use it
