They linked my TR biometrics to my PR application today... not sure if I should write them

My aor was August 15 and still no update. Not even old biometrics get updated
Did you get any email notification of this changes to your profile ?

You will get an automated email either "We updated your application status" or "We sent you a message about your application".
That is super fast. Any idea whether BIL and medical requests are generated automatically or it depends on officer/VO?
My existing biometrics is valid, why are they requesting for another one?
