I discovered this information when I contacted Immigration Canada at 1-888-242-2100. I'm not certain if you've already taken this step, but you can check the status of your application here: https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login. Please note that there are multiple Unique Client Identifiers (UCIs), and each provides a distinct view. There's one UCI for the sponsor and another for the Principal Applicant (PA). Therefore, I recommend creating a separate login for each UCI you may have.
