As long as you are only using Canadian passport there is no issue.

There is no link of surrendering Indian passport vs Canada.
Even if you would have surrendered your Indian passport then how would US or Canada know that you did it? and why would they care?
All US or Canada care is what you present as travel document which is your Canadian passport.

I am soon going to submit my application for citizenship but I need advice from you all.
What are the requirements to submit the photo for the application.
Do they only require one digital photo? Or do they require one digital photo plus a hard copy with photographer signature on back of it?
Please advise.

If you are applying online, only digital photo is required although you will provide the address of the place you took the photo during the application process- there’s a question on the application form that requires you to provide the address of the photographer

For a paper application, you will have to submit the physical photograph with a stamp of the photographer at the back of the photo
