Tracker only updates once a day in the early hours of the morning.Question, when you get tracker updates is it always at 5am? Or has any of you gotten updates during the day?
Its different for each office. Calgary office was very specific about mentioning the clerk's initials in the subject line to help them easily identify whom to forward the email to from the hundreds of emails they receive. But its not absolutely vital either because your file # and date & time of ceremony is also enough for them to identify the right clerk for that ceremony.can you please write the exact subject line for the email you send after the ceremony? So I can send accordingly @CarolinCanada and @saad_im
Another updateSorry for the late response. Got couple of updates to share

Appointment is always better. You are in and out in 10-15 minutes. With walk-in, it depends on the waiting line. You could potentially be waiting for hours. For vancouver folks which passport centre is quick for passport application? walk in is better or appointment is better?
Mine was 1.5-2 hours. The actual ceremony is probably 30 minutes. Most of the time is waiting to be validated. How long is the virtual ceremony time wise?
Thanks for confirmingWe did not use the picture we had because a lot happened( we lose weight) and decided to
get a new passport picture and it needs to be signed by your guarantor.
