Anyone also in AOR stage—with Bckground check and test invite under progress? Wondering what’s wrong with my application

Received mail titled "Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application" on Oct 26. Nothings moving after that.

Not sure if more number of Physical Presence Days makes any difference or they randomly pick some apps to do extensive background checks? Can't think of any other reason for this delay while other apps with same timelines are progressing normally.

Oath ceremony status updated to 'in progress'. Oath is scheduled for Nov 14th. I have not received official email invitation though.

Dont be! My test completion is on 12th oct. Aor 7 sept. Still lpp processing!

There is a delay in actual completion vs update in the app.

October 3- You have been scheduled to take citizenship test online between oct 3 -24.Information and Instructions will be sent to you.
October 3 - We both took our Citizenship Exam and Passed
October 4- Email Request for clear copy of ID and send it also to IRCC
October 5 - Schedule for Fingerprints in RCMP.
October 6 - Citizenship Test Completed
October 26 - Fingerprint Received
October 27- Background Check Completed
November 6-E-Certificate email received
November 7 -LPP Completed

Hey @Frisk congrats on the progress! I’m wondering in your case between Oct 12 and Oct 16 were there any ghost updates? After the test was taken, but before it showed test completed. Thanks!

My test results from Montreal office were updated 3 days after I took the test. However, it looks like the tracker is not updated daily. So even if your test may be completed, it may just not be reflecting yet. Hang in there..hopefully you will see it soon.

Would you mind confirming if there was any GUs after you took the test but before the actual test completed update (during those 3 days)? Thanks!
