Hey! It happened to me also, they returned it first time, and then I applied again! You submit everything the same for yourself, just do physical calculator again and your signature and city. For child you add new id’s and that’s it!
I did print the new physical presence form. wouldnt the eligibility dates change in the main application as well? or do i just submit the older application form with old barcodes generated that they returned and do not create a new barcoded application?

I created new barcoded application, eligibility stayed the same as you gain 1 month. Don’t worry about yours, the main problem is kids id’s.

Type: Online application
Location: Toronto, ON
Physical Presence Days: 1110
Application: Family (1 adult & 1 child)
Application Submitted online: August 06, 2023
AOR via email: Sep 13, 2023

Concern 1:

In the online Application portal of Citizenship, when I login it still shows Submitted (this is NOT AoR).... does anyone has experienced the same?

Concern 2: I open the AoR PDF from Email and clicked link to Track application. It prompts me to create account in PR tracker account.
It asks UCI and Application Number.
I gave my UCI and the application Number which I received in the Citizenship AoR.. But it says 'Incorrect or Invalid Information'
Has anyone come across this?

Concern 3:

I submitted the online Application from Canada, but after submitting I moved to USA on temp work visa. I still have my house and mailing address in Canada. Do I need to notify IRRC (for citizenship) that I have moved temporarily? (Note: i did attached scan of my US work visa in the 'other doc' section of citizenship application, for transparency).

Please provide your insights based on experience

I enrolled in early childhood education last year sept 2022 but I withdrawn from the program after one semester so I only completed 1 semester. Do I need to mention this on the background form? Do I need to put withdrawn under type of certificate or diploma issued? Please help

Hi everyone, i just received this from IRCC. Is it AOR?

This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship. We will review your application and supporting documents and will contact you if additional information is required.
All citizenship applicants between 18 and 54 years of age on the date they sign their application must meet language and knowledge requirements to become a Canadian citizen. If this includes you, you will need to:
• Demonstrate competence in basic communication in English or French.
• Pass a written or if necessary, an oral test on your knowledge of Canada and the rights
and responsibilities of citizenship.
The knowledge test is based on the information provided in the official citizenship study guide. It is 20 multiple choice questions and you must get at least 15 correct to pass.
• The study guide is available on the IRCC website at:
canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/ become-canadian-citizen/citizenship-test.html. On the same page, you will find more information on how to prepare for the test.
When your application has been reviewed and has met basic eligibility, IRCC will send you correspondence to invite you to a knowledge test. It could take a few months before you hea

Hello everyone,

I am trying to submit my online application for citizenship but I am facing an issue and I hope someone here can help me.

While trying to submit my minor kids application, I am unable to add her photo as I don't see any buttons or links in the page. Also, I am unable to add the address of the photographer as the address country dropdown is blank. I have tried it with multiple browsers and on my phone, the issue remains same. Anyone faced or facing same issue? If yes, how did you work around that?

Any help is appreciated.

re: #2 , As per the information shared on this portal by others, it seems like after AOR, it generally takes at least 2-3 days before you can begin tracking your application.
