Actual CoPR number is the number that was on PR tracker since November.

I am currently application for my student visa but don't know how to go about getting an offer letter for an open work permit for my spouse. Please I need help at this point.

read up on the internation student section of the forum. You situation is not related to famiy sponsorship since you are not a PR of Canada.
