LPP: February 15, 2023

I was wondering anyone still under the same situation who is waiting for oath invite?
I am seeing almost all the applicants with LPP in February have received the oath invite.
I was wondering should my wife wait or follow up regarding no progress on her application since February.
Can it be possible that online applications are being processed at Ottawa? Though some online apps have received the oath request.This is common for Ottawa as @reemwael said. On LPP since Feb 3rd. Its odd for Vancouver.

No update since Feb 28 from Vancouver office. All completed but Physical Presence which is still in progress. Called IRCC last week, and they advised me that my application is in progress and I should be patient.
