have to my partner I think it was due to low light or reflection that preventing the laptop camera to focus. i think as long as they will be able to read the info on your card and your picture is recognizable then it should be fine but regardless you should receive an email or update if your result is not accepted. check your status online if the status says completed they have accepted it.Has anyone took the exam before and no matter what you do when you took picture of your ID still giving you a blurry result? I passed my exam yesterday but I am worried because I took my PR several times but it's still giving me a blurry result, the one I submitted is the best so far but I know it's blurry. Should I worry if my exam will be invalidated?
I had an issue with my photograph during the exam. I got an email a few days after the test asking me to upload a copy of my PR card and attach it to the email.have to my partner I think it was due to low light or reflection that preventing the laptop camera to focus. i think as long as they will be able to read the info on your card and your picture is recognizable then it should be fine but regardless you should receive an email or update if your result is not accepted. check your status online if the status says completed they have accepted it.
may be officer was not clear on some dates. Since you are close to required 1095 days, they want to confirm/be sure before marking it complete. Just my opinion.Ghost update: Mar 2, 2023

I wonder why my physical presence did not complete along with language and prohibitions? Was it due to physical presence calculator being down for a few days?
I think just a delay. Many people are stuck on Oath after all marked green. They say it should be soon but how soon is all in the air.Everything is completed on my account and just waiting for the citizenship ceremony since Feb. 11. Is there anything that needs to be done between LPP completed and citizenship ceremony from their side? Is the delay just a processing delay? My processing office is Scarborough and fill timeline in signature.
Thanks, I just actually received an email from them yesterday requesting my ID.have to my partner I think it was due to low light or reflection that preventing the laptop camera to focus. i think as long as they will be able to read the info on your card and your picture is recognizable then it should be fine but regardless you should receive an email or update if your result is not accepted. check your status online if the status says completed they have accepted it.
I'm in the same boat. LPP was marked complete on Feb 7 and it has been a waiting game since then. So close yet so far. I'm hoping they send out the invites sometime soonEverything is completed on my account and just waiting for the citizenship ceremony since Feb. 11. Yeah I'm pretty certain about my calculations. Since I became PR I didn't leave Canada (or even my home due to the pandemic for most of that duration) so I have 731 days from the day I became PR up to and including the day before I submitted my application. And before I became PR I have a full 365 days. So that is a total of 1096 days for me, which the physical presence calculator approves. I hope this part also completes for me soon.may be officer was not clear on some dates. Since you are close to required 1095 days, they want to confirm/be sure before marking it complete.
