Application received August 16 2021 AOR Jan 22 2022. Transfer to VO Feb 28 2022. Bio request Feb 28 2022. Bio submitted Mar 5 2022. RPRF request Mar 9 2022. RPRF paid online Mar 17 2022. RCMP request May 20 2022. RCMP submitted Jun 9 2022 Medical request May 31 2022. Medical pass Jul 1 2022. ECOPR received Jul 13 2022

PA is in or outside Canada?

If outside, PPR, you submit passport, receive copr (and visa if needed).

If inside, I beleive they invite to virtual landing portal and ecopr received once that done (they don't need the passport).
