August 2021 - Citizenship Applicants

I applied in 2021 and only have the Citizenship Test status marked as completed.
Everything else is still "In Process". It is terrible how they treat the process and respond to people's dreams.

I have tried to call them and also tried the ATIP (https://atip-aiprp.tbs-sct.gc.ca/) and no luck so far.
Not sure what I can do, but this is bizarre... My wife applied one year later than me and she is already a citizen by now.

Is there something else I can do or "just wait"?

Maybe it would be helpful for you to reach out to those people as well and see if you could give each other insight or make a case for the IRCC together? It shouldn’t be taking so long...

So today everything turned to completed except for the oath, which says not started. However, the application status still says in progress. Would it normally say decision made in the status or does it stay in progress until the oath is complete?

In Progress. Decision made happens on another tracker called as ECAS. Available for paper application.

Completed the Citizenship Ceremony Today. 117 attendees from 46 countries. It took 90 minutes for the ceremony to conclude.
I have requested for urgent e-Certificate, fingers crossed.!
