3. TFR-Eligibility is when your paper file is in transit from RC-9570 to any Canadian Mission overseas.

Apparently all kinds of transfers come under TFR. It could be a transfer between offices for citizenship or between IRCC and Canadian consulates abroad for PRs/Visas etc.

Thats not a ghost update, that is an update with Physical presence, prohibitions, language skills marked complete...
It may take depending on your office 2-3 weeks(or earlier) to receive the update for he Oath invite

My tracker updated today and shows that the test has been updated to completed on May 3 .

That means someone actually reviewed the results and pictures taken right?

I just checked my tracker and it was updated today (July 18) and it shows that physical presence, prohibitions and language skills are marked as completed (expect the oath ceremony) on July 15

See my timeline in the signature. I am hoping for an oath ceremony invitation soon.

Outside of extremely exceptional circumstances, you cannot attend the Ceremony when abroad. IRCC will reschedule the Oath once you return.

sacrifice your trip. Don’t mess with the oath.

Look at people like us, test cleared for more than 3 months and no movement. This should make you feel better

Yeah, I need to look into the post-citizenship process now (sigh). I remember reading somewhere that we can apply for the passport before receiving the citizenship certificate, but I think I may just wait for it first.
