Hi everyone. Is there a difference between ‘Decision made’ and ‘Decision taken’ notification on ECAS?

and how long from dm status to oath?

Mine took 49 Days...!!! but then again I am in Calgary. I saw GTA people getting OATH confirmation way sooner than the people outside GTA.

My background status and citizenship test have been completed for a while (March 8). But the other 3 things continue to say in progress. I read everywhere 2-3 months. But now that timeline has passed too. I'm with Scarborough office. Any clue of what I can do or can I write to someone?
We had big travel plans for this summer before our baby arrived in November and looks like we won't be able to do much

It's no use . If you went online you gotta wait. Give it another 2 months for DM and expect Oath by Oct or Nov

Ours was a paper application. Is that taking this long too?

Edit: If it helps anyone, the test was very easy and only took a few minutes to complete. Completing the steps to get to the test page took longer. I read the Discover Canada guide and attempted the practice tests on apnatoronto - the practice tests I did were harder than the actual test.
