Sorry but could you be specific on what notice you received

I received the citizenship oath invitation, however the time on the instruction page say 1 pm ( canada time zone). Will that happen to be my local time?

I got the same today. This is what people usually refer to as 'ghost update', based on experiences from last few pages, we might get an actual update in next couple of days after the ghost update.

March 21, 2022 - Background status changed to "Completed" -------- does this mean I passed the background check or they just completed the part and this is not yet final? Thank you!

There was a ghost update for March 22, 2022. No other emails received and all the other areas are still In Process.

What I understand is that updates happen only once early morning when batch process is run

There was a ghost update for March 22, 2022. No other emails received and all the other areas are still In Process.

Completed means you have completed your test and your results have been validated
It is the same update even if you have passed or failed the test.
Wait for a day or more to final update wrt test

@jansh I got my email for fingerprintsfew hours later

I didn't get any more updates yesterday, instead it updated today with the test window. Citizenship test has changed to in progress with window to take the test from Mar 28-Apr 17.
The way application history looks now, the update from yesterday (Mar 22) which appeared like ghost update as no change was showing, was basically for the "Citizenship test activity status updated - Citizenship test status has been updated to In progress".

BTW, Background verification is still in progress for me.
