Update me when you get the email. I haven't received it yet.
Thanks.

DM = Decision Made (inferred when Everything but Oath is marked 'Complete')

And yeah, it can take a while before Background is marked Complete after submitting FP (based on my observation of data points here on the forum)
thanks, so its normal for it to show ' waiting on you to provide fingerprints'?

My application:

hello for you, once you submit fingerprints, then the tracker still showed that it is 'waiting on you' to provide the fingerprints?
Yes, it will remain 'waiting on you' until they update the status. Same happens for the test - it stays on the 'waiting on you' message until the test results are validated and marked 'complete'.

One option could be, to create a webform with your application and UCI and attach the document saying, as requested.

What's the deadline to provide the document?
2 ways to share documents
- Create a webform and share copy of your ID with your UCI code
- Reply back to the email from IRCC with the copy of your ID
Also enquire if you need to send a copy via mail and what would be the instructions for the same.

Isn't CST/CDT only 1h behind EDT? Shouldn't it be 1.30pm EDT?
Wait that's correct. CST should be EST-1hr and below is what I got from the clerk from Saskatchewan.
I will ask them again about the time. Thanks sid. Nice catch.

Video oath ceremony: 2022-08-02 (yyyy/mm/dd) at 10:30 AM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME (CST) (Saskatchewan Time)
11:30 AM CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME (CDT) (Manitoba Time)
10:30 AM MOUNTAIN DAYLIGHT TIME (MDT) (Alberta Time)

10:30 AM CST = 11:30 AM EST
However,
10:30 AM MDT = 12:30 AM EST.

Bit confusing... here.

10:30 AM MDT = 12:30 AM EST.

Bit confusing... here.
[ Slow clap ]
Saskatchewan has had a whole chaotic drama because of this confusion in 1958. They have only Central Standard Time(CST) year-round* . No Daylight Savings Time.

And a whole act to settle the dispute between electors.
The Time Act, 1966

(* some cities use MST in winter instead of CST )

So in conclusion 10:30AM CST ( Saskatchewan Time) is 12:30AM EST
