Yes, consensus is that the new tracker gets bulk updated once a day between 6-7 AM Eastern.
Hi All,
August 2021 applicant here, I sent my FP by registered post to IRCC Vancouver.
Is it a good idea to send them a scan of my FP paper and the tracking number of the Canada Post delivery so they can update it quicker in my system.
My citizenship test is completed since last month with the other sections still in progress.

They likely won't update the status until they receive the original FP. I would recommend just waiting it out.
