The application was refused... Guess the office. (Yes, Warsaw again.) We'll be working with an immigration attorney from now on.

what was the reason for rejection on the letter this time round?
It's extremely weird, doesn't make any sense.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

-- I have a lot of family ties in Russia and I don't have any ties in Canada.
-- I have no idea how relevant could that even be.
-- My employment record directly proves otherwise.
-- WHAT IN THE WORLD???

I think the Warsaw office is just directly discriminating against something in my story, we're gonna be working with a lawyer from now on, like I said. Down to filing a suit, if necessary.

Ah so sorry to hear that, maybe you can relook @ your SOP / LOE to understand why were the reasons give as such. Suggest you give your SOP/LOE to an immigration specialist to vet thru and identify the issues. Will you be ordering GCMS note this time round too?

Also, for the last 2 bullet points, I think maybe you need to tighten with more evidences on how your education can lead to employment prospects in your home country (Russia).

Most likely we will be ordering the GCMS notes, and we're going to the specialist right away.
