Questions:

1- My wife and children (in Canada) got the PR last month and also received a letter asking me to send some forms + documents like the marriage certificate to the NYC office. I sent them everything through email and I got only a CONFIRMATION email with no further information. Is that it? what are the next steps?

2- Since my wife applied for my PR with her application in 2018 I can see in the CAS that IRCC says they start to process my PR at the time! Is that the actual?

Within how many days of signing of package are we supposed to submit it. I have my wife's application signed around June but I received it around August due to Covid and now I am waiting for pcc as previous one was done in February and it seems that it is only valid for 6 months. This application I am doing for my wife who is currently residing in India while I am in Canada as permanent resident.

Hi, the general requirement is that a signature (based on the dated form) should be no more than 90 days old when received by CPC. So some time in September 2020/this month would be the 90 days timeline cut-off based on the June dates on your forms. You still have these forms/the package in your possession and September 2020 ends in 2 days time; so most likely your signatures are dated.
