My application has been approved since July.

Yes that’s the email I used
The subject was Permanent Residence Approval.
After sending I get an automated email that says


Thank you for contacting us.



This email address is dedicated solely to clients invited by IRCC to use the Permanent Residence (PR) Portal in order to be confirmed as permanent residents. You must be invited by IRCC in order to have an account created in the PR Portal.



IRCC will not be responding to requests or follow-ups if you did not received an invitation from IRCC.

The people successfully getting an outcome from that email had all their stages passed already. At last check, my security hadn’t started. So it seems it would be pretty redundant for me

Nope, it was Recommend Pass since January 14th. No one looked at the file in that amount of time.

Ask your local MP to make an enquiry on your behalf. Generally they do notify the MP regarding the status. (I was just told my eligibility has been passed by call centre agent, i never applied for ATIP notes) Just on the basis of this information i sent them the email and guess what.. I received the portal email.
