In my profile i saw medical passed on Sep 11. No request came for redo dependent medical. So all medical reevaluated on the same day

Pr approved : March 2020
Copr expired : Sept 2020

Medical Re approved : sept 2021

Still waiting for an update on portal.

Hi do you know how this upfront medical works.As per GCMS notes My ddependents' medical passed-expired. I am thinking to do upfront medical for them. They are inland now. My officer didn't ask yet.

When i spoke to the agent , she said medical will be reevaluated and passed for the applicants who are inland

Yea, thank you.
My question is they did medical from back home. After they came here instead September 2020. Now GCMS notes says medical passed but expired.

What specification you use for digital phot you took from yourself ?

I did not take photos from myself and went to photo studio to get the photos as per the specifications provided by IRCC.

Got a Ghost Update today. I imagine it is my medical being renewed, but there were no actual changes in my CIC portal.
So the wait continues.
