@legalfalcon - in gcms notes i see the group name : cpco covid split print. What that it means?

IRCC create groups to better manage the applicants and clubs them accordingly. CPCO is CPC Ottawa, and COVID split print pertains to issuance and printing of your COPR based on whether you are in Canada with all dependents on Canada or not.

Thanks for the response. When i applied my dependent were in india and now they came to Canada on April. I already updated their address to canada and also raised a web form with the details, but in gcms notes still is see their POR as India. Do i need to do anything further?. So the above group states that all the applicants are in Canada? Pls advise

July 4 /2020 I saw in my notes, that I have passed everything but the officer say file pending do you know what that’s mean ??

IF you re outside Canada, then most applications are on hold.

Nn I’m inside Canada

Pending does not mean on hold. It means that it has not yet been reviewed by an officer. If you and all your dependents (if any) are on Canada, you just have to wait and soon your will get a COPR.

But how many officers reviewed the application because in my notes I see the officer review and he say file pending?

All Details are there in your GCMS notes. I cannot predict how many officers reviewed your application. All notes are entered in the last few pages/
