Seems like they are not finalizing those applications whose all stages passed by the end of march, they are approving those applications that are all stages passed in april

Yea.... looks like it. Lots of approval came this April for those who passed all stages this month

Etobicoke is local vo which will approve and issue copr.dont worry u will get good news soon.all the best.

After passing all stages by the officer handling your application, they sent your application to local visa office to issue copr.

My AOR is August 12, 2020

Do anyone also stocked in the same situation or almost everyone got approval?

I called on 29 Mar, the only thing that was pending was Criminality, since then no update, then I called on 14 Apr agent didn't give any Info, Just said that the file is open and in process. Hope we have to wait a little more.
