Yeah, i called them. They requested additional documents on March 17th and i called them on March 19th and was told that everything was passed. And today it reflected as approved. So approx 2 weeks time.

As i said, just got to be more patient but it's coming for sure.
I know it's easy to say but that's what i have gone through My application is approved on the portal, can see COPR number, but the COPR document is not getting downloaded
