AOR- 16th August,

Hi All,

Single applicant, Married, non accompanying spouse in the EE profile. CEC

Biometrics passed
Medical passed

I called IRCC today(22nd March), and to my surprise. the agent was good and told me that

Eligibility- Passed
Criminality-Passed
Info Sharing- In progress

They have asked me for USA PCC, I have never visited or lived in USA. I am currently working on submitting that.
I guess, after the submission of that, I should be good. Just received this ADR which I never thought of.
anyways its good to know that mid august files are starting to move.

Good Luck to All.

Okay I got ur point here, but on the other thread, someone has suggested to still apply for FBI clearance certificate and they will be able to provide a certificate that will state of no traces found. I am not sure, if this is a good step to do so or how long will it really take to apply for the PCC from states.

Ultimately it's your application and your call but LOE should be just fine to start with.

If you have never visited US, then you can just respond, and if IRCC still needs a FBI PCC, they will ask.

Hi @legalfalcon,

I am trying to upload the letter of explanation that states I have never been to the USA,
but after clicking on upload
it is asking me for

Document Name:
Document Number:
Country of issue:
Issue Date:
Expiry Date:

How do I bypass this? I surely don't have the document number and since there is no PCC. there is no issuing country and issue/expiry date?

Can I just put in any document number, country of issue, issue date or something?

If you are doing this on your MyCIC, you will need this info for PCCs, instead send the LoE via webform.

Usually this information they capture for passport. Try to call them and ask for details as to what they exactly need. PCC doesn't have this information at all.

This URL can be handy in case you will need to upload any document to your Express Entry application:

I just received approval in my IRCC account.
AOR Aug 14th 2020..2 dependents..
I can see the COPR numbers but don't have any COPR documents to download.
Any idea how much time it takes to get the COPR?
I am assuming it will be available in my IRCC account.
congratulations! 2 - 3 weeks, depends on your secondary VO.
