You are Lucky to get document request … many people application were rejected because they did not provide transcripts !
No they were rejected because they didn’t provide the degree certificates. Transcripts are entirely optional and often, not needed for an application.
Nope I have seen ppl got rejected because of not including transcript (specifically Canadian educatioon). Few ppl tried for reconsideration based on website, but no luck!!!

Yes, you have passed the R10 check without rejection!! Again this is a grey area in the IRCC website, they did mention "if available". But still, it depends on VO officers/processing agent. Hence, you are lucky. Just move on to your further process
I thought the rejections were for not including degree certificates, not transcripts. I didn't include transcripts for my Canadian education, just the degree certificates. I'm pretty sure transcripts were optional.
Please firstly, don't panic, yes, it's an optional. Again, it depends upon Vis officer. I'm in a group (do not want to mention name of the group) and seen 2 ppl got rejected due to not submitting the Canadian education transcripts and tried for reconsideration and didn't work. so pls, don't panic. it completely based on Visa officer.
P.S: I don't know the person personally , please do not think too much on that

Called IRCC just now , no change since last madical passed 4monts back . Background , eligibility, criminality in process, security no started yet.

Hi All. I am AOR: 09th August and I just got my GCMS Notes that I requested on 6th January.
In the notes i see that in "client details --> Address Section", the email address is incorrectly provided as that of the attorney who my company works with for my Work permit renewals (as I am on WP that keeps getting renewed). Can someone please advise how can I get it changed to my correct email address.
Can someone also please advise if this will impact my application in any ways.

Call IRCC and you can request this be changed with the call centre agent. I did this one of the first times i called IRCC to get a status update on my application.
