Called January 26th:
Eligibility: In progress
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not started

The last time I called (2 weeks ago), criminality was in progress and nothing else had started. I got a ghost update last Tuesday and the agent said it was probably because criminality passed. I'm happy to see some movement!

I called them 2 week ago and mine was also everything is in process... hope there is some movement on my profile too....

Good sign is that your security and criminality is in progress. Once eligibility is sorted out you can look forward to receiving COPR soon.

I'd love that, but the Eligibility is review required, god knows what is that mean.... Hope it will just be a false alarm. or No alarm at all.
It's a general procedure (RR), If there was a previous visa refusal. I feel your security is started which is a good sign
That's true! My bridge WP was refused because i didn't apply it on time! Hope this is it!
Eligibility can be in review for various reasons:
-Unable to find your employer online
-Letter not dated
-Job duties and responsibilities not listed
-Job duties not match most of duties of chosen NOC
Just to name a few, based on what has been posted by previous applicants when they ordered GCMS notes.
how many ghost updates you got? I m trying to call them daily but unable to connect (my AOR 23 Aug)

Happens to me as well, I had a one of those Employment letter by HR that is not so detailed about my duties. I have to ask my manager to write another reference letter, with all my duties, submit via Webform!
