I haven’t got it either. Maybe all stages have passed of your application and sent to be finalised

all stages passed on 1 March, found out by calling on 11 March, bio fee refunded on 12 March, still no approval, but got the email in the junk mail where it belongs

And here i was trying not to think too much about my application and IRCC’s inability to process it in a timely manner, only for them to remind me via that useless email. I’d have preferred if they never sent it out. Utter nonsense.

Useless email. exactly my thoughts. the interesting thing is it's only for CEC applicants.
