Yes I called them early this week and got to know that!

My AOR 4th August. All passed when I called around 15th March...still waiting for approval in portal and COPR

AOR 4th Aug. File has not been touched since Sep 25th. Everything is still in Progress. Tried calling couple of days back but unfortunately the agent wasn't very helpful.

You’ll get it soon. Aug 14, still waiting as well. Some Officers are just slower than others. Some probably haven’t been in for their shifts in a while.
